Loved the show with Carolyn Pennington. I am looking forward to seeing her speak live on Oct 1st. Her website http://www.raw-food-for-families.com is awesome and so is her e-book Naturally Sweet Recipes. Her book is very practical and the layout is great, I loved all of the images she used inside…very professional. What a great lady.
